• Foster the adoption of Agile principles and skills across teams • Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile teams • Educate teams and leaders on Agile frameworks tailored to organizational needs • Manage and facilitate Agile ceremonies and workshops • Identify and remove systemic impediments to Agile delivery • Develop and manage Agile growth and maturity backlogs
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in Agile environments • Proven experience with Scrum and Kanban Agile frameworks • Deep expertise in Agile principles and frameworks • Strong facilitation and communication skills • Ability to influence change and resolve complex impediments • Supplemental training on Agile delivery and/or coaching would be considered an asset
