📋 Description

• About Us: Syndicate builds the infrastructure for web3 mainstream. • Founded in 2021, raised over $28M from top investors. • Remote-first culture with perks like coworking space stipend and unlimited time off. • Role: Engineer focused on SRE and DevSecOps. • Drive development of infrastructure components. • Design scalable infrastructure on cloud and bare metal. • Automate deployment pipelines and CI/CD workflows. • Create monitoring and observability solutions for blockchain infrastructure. • Collaborate closely with software engineers. • Ensure stability and availability of services using SRE principles. • Participate in on-call rotations for production incidents. • Automate infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC). • Integrate security best practices into development lifecycle (DevSecOps).

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in a DevOps, SRE, Infrastructure, or Backend Engineering role, ideally working with distributed systems. • Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, etc.) • Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes). • Familiarity with setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines • Proficiency in at least one major cloud platform • Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g. Grafana, DataDog, etc.). • Solid scripting skills in languages like Bash or Python. • Foundational knowledge of blockchain technology concepts. • Eagerness to learn and work with new technologies such as Rust. • Experience with DNS, firewalls, and networking principles. • Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a distributed team environment.
