📋 Description

• Manage remedy tickets for collections team and resolve them in a timely and accurate manner • Meet stated financial goals and objectives monthly • Ensure internal control and financial integrity is always maintained • Work collaboratively with the sales team to resolve client billing issues whilst delivering our White Glove Customer Service • Manage customers assigned to the dunning process and address all issues raised in a timely manner • Conduct calls and follow up emails on assigned accounts • Responsible for timely follow-up and regular updates to accounts receivable collections notes • Complete and deliver any other tasks that may be assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years handling B2B collections in a low dollar high volume environment • Salesforce and NetSuite exposure is a plus • Ability to read and understand contracts is a plus • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software • Ability to work a mid-shift schedule: 7:00 – 16:00 Central Standard Time • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills • Must have strong attention to detail and an eye for accuracy • Self-disciplined and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks to a deadline • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
