📋 Description

• Ensures that the Biostatistics department meets timelines and provide high quality deliverables. • Oversees development of direct reports by setting goals and managing performance. • Prioritizes activities across Biostatistics projects and facilitates resolutions to project conflicts. • Supports the assignment of Biostatisticians to projects. • May lead or participate in projects across multiple studies or programs.

🎯 Requirements

• Hiring, managing, and developing biostatisticians in assigned department. • Interaction with clients and other departments to ensure client satisfaction. • Developing department SOPs and guidelines. • Responsible for staff development, training, and retention. • Facilitates succession planning and maintains a diverse Biostatistics staff. • Conduct senior review of project deliverables and provide training for Biostatistics associates.
