• Collaborate with document authors to define formatting scope • Perform quality reviews on clinical and regulatory documents • Communicate deliverables needed to stakeholders • Build positive and productive relationships to ensure timely document completion

🎯 Requirements

• Defines scope of formatting of clinical and regulatory documents • Coordinates and track activities and perform detailed quality reviews • Import and route documents in the regulatory information management systems (RIMS) • Ensure document format and styles are consistent with the defined in RIMS • Ensure document properties and naming conventions are used • Maintain strong knowledge of RIMS styles and formatting standards • Good interpersonal and organizational communication skills • Effectively attends to multiple tasks within overlapping timeframes
