📋 Description
• maintains and updates training material for site contracts lead team • oversees negotiations of clinical study agreements (CTA's) • provides oversight of contact & budget negotiations status • coordinates communications between study team stakeholders • creates and maintains document status reports • collaborates with internal and external legal, finance and clinical operations
🎯 Requirements
• subject matter expert within the organization • negotiation of clinical study agreements (CTA’s) • consultation during escalation of out-of-parameter queries • oversight of contact & budget negotiations • establishment of strong working relationships with Sponsor • training and mentoring of less experienced staff members
