📋 Description

• Own the development of add-ins and integrations within the agentic platform. • Be the first dedicated technical member of the Marketplace team. • Work closely with the VP of Software Partnerships to lead the marketplace roadmap and relations with multiple software partners. • Collaborate with partners for integration planning. • Participate in backlog refinement, team retrospectives, and sprint reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• A deep understanding of developing add-ins, plugins or integrations for complex software systems. • An AI-native mindset and curiosity to constantly learn and develop your skills. • Hands-on experience with PLM, SPDM, or MES platforms. • Strong proficiency in C# and C++. • Solid algorithmic and logical thinking skills. • Comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy – communicating directly with partners, making technical decisions, and owning projects from start to finish. • Strong communicator in English with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
