📋 Description

• Inform prospective students comprehensively about the course offerings • Analyze individual situations and learning goals • Prepare prospects purposefully for course start • Serve as the main point of contact for applicants through to successful onboarding • Support lead nurturing in close collaboration with Marketing and the CRM manager • Help develop funnels • Reach and engage target groups with appropriate messaging

🎯 Requirements

• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in working with people • Open, empathetic and proactive approach to contacting applicants, including by phone • Motivation to achieve clear and ambitious targets • Independent and self-directed working style • Confident use of Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail and Calendar • HubSpot knowledge is a plus • Excellent German language skills, spoken and written • Ideally C1+ level English, spoken and written • Previous experience in sales or educational advising at an AZAV-certified training provider is a strong plus
