📋 Description

• Deeply understand user problems, needs, and goals to create intuitive and engaging design solutions. • Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to assess feasibility, prioritize features, and deliver user-centric designs. • Design and deliver consistent, scalable, and visually appealing UI solutions across web and mobile platforms. • Translate product requirements into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes. • Lead usability testing sessions and incorporate user feedback to refine design outcomes. • Partner with development and QA teams to ensure design consistency, functionality, and high usability across products. • Champion user-centered design principles and continuously advocate for the best user experience throughout the product lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–9 years of core UI/UX design experience in digital product design or a similar role.. • Strong proficiency with Figma (must-have), and working knowledge of tools like AdobeXD, Sketch, Photoshop, etc. • Proven experience designing for both web and mobile platforms.. • Solid understanding of user research, usability testing, and the ability to derive actionable insights.. • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end principles. • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
