• Manage and grow a defined territory, selling the complete range of Synthesys Brain Health products and services • Build and maintain relationships with neurologists, hospital administrators, physician groups, and health system stakeholders • Identify and close new hospital, physician, and customer opportunities within the territory, driving increased market adoption of both services and hardware • Deliver product demonstrations and educational presentations on hardware, software, and diagnostic/monitoring service offerings • Partner with clinical and diagnostic teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new accounts • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas • Provide weekly pipeline and forecast updates for the territory, ensuring pipeline is sufficient to meet quarterly quota demands • Maintain accurate pipeline and account records in CRM • Stay current on reimbursement, coding, and regulatory considerations relevant to neurodiagnostic services • Represent Synthesys Brain Health at relevant conferences, trade shows, and physician events • Support ad hoc projects and initiatives as needed
• 3–5+ years of successful sales experience, ideally in medical devices, diagnostics, or healthcare technology • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas in a territory-based role • Experience selling into hospital systems, physician practices, or health systems preferred • Strong understanding of the healthcare sales cycle, including working with clinical stakeholders and procurement • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills • Ability to manage a diverse portfolio of products and services rather than a single SKU • Willingness to travel within assigned territory • Bachelor's degree required
