📋 Description

• Join Sysco’s European Finance Team as a Senior Finance Analyst on a 6–12 month fixed-term contract • Report to the CFO, Europe, while primarily supporting the Finance Director Supply Chain and Operations and Finance Director Commercial and Merchandising • Drive financial performance and support strategic decision-making across the business • Partner with Supply Chain, Operational, Commercial and Merchandising teams • Deliver analysis on costs, profitability, inventory optimisation and business growth drivers • Lead development of standardised financial metrics • Track benefits realised from strategic investments • Provide reporting and analytics supporting growth, margin improvement and operational efficiency • Transform complex data into meaningful business insight • Present insights to senior leaders and influence behaviours, actions and strategic outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Ideally, a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) • Strong academic background • Experience gained within commercial finance, financial analysis or business partnering roles • Proven ability to interrogate large and complex datasets • Ability to identify trends, opportunities and risks • Ability to translate findings into clear recommendations that drive business performance and influence decision-making • Strong technical expertise • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Comfortable conducting detailed financial analysis • Comfortable presenting insights to senior leaders • Ability to constructively challenge thinking • Strong commercial acumen
