📋 Description

• Report to the Cyber Operations Lead and work closely with SOC engineers • Own the CyberArk ticket queue from L2 to L4 as the deep escalation point • Triage, diagnose, fix, and close CyberArk incidents and requests within SLA • Troubleshoot vault, CPM rotation failures, PSM session issues, PVWA faults, and integration breaks involving Entra ID, MFA, and SIEM • Perform root-cause analysis and manage CyberArk vendor escalations • Handle account onboarding and offboarding, safe and policy changes, and access reviews • Patch and upgrade CyberArk environments • Renew certificates and run disaster-recovery checks across Self-Hosted and Privilege Cloud • Maintain runbooks and known-error records • Work within ITSM change control • Support privileged access management across managed client estates

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years hands-on CyberArk administration and troubleshooting in production, including CPM, PSM, PVWA, and vault • Proven L3/L4 fault resolution under SLA pressure • Ticket-queue and change-control discipline in a managed service • PowerShell scripting for diagnosis and repair • Competency in Identity & Access Management • Competency in ITSM & Service Management • Competency in Incident Management • Competency in Security Tooling & EDR • Practitioner-level supporting competencies in cloud, networking, network security, monitoring, scripting, vulnerability management, and documentation • Desirable: Defender/Sentry certification, with experience outweighing certification • Desirable: Entra ID, EDR, SIEM, or Zscaler exposure • Desirable: MSP background • Must be based in the UK or otherwise meet the stated UK-hours and security-screening conditions
