📋 Description

• Partner ecosystem growth: Identify, engage and onboard key sales partners, value-added resellers (VARs) and managed service providers (MSPs) across Germany to increase Syteca's market penetration. • Enablement & training: Conduct onboarding sessions to ensure partner sales teams are fully prepared to successfully market Syteca's PAM, ITDR and UAM solutions. • Relationship and account management: Act as a trusted advisor to our German partners, ensuring strong engagement, compliance with partner tiers, transparency in the sales pipeline and long-term partner loyalty. • Market presence: Represent Syteca as a brand ambassador at regional trade shows, cybersecurity meetups and partner-focused events. • RFP/RFI handling: Provide detailed and accurate technical content for tenders (RFP – Request for Proposal) and information requests (RFI – Request for Information). • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with product management, support and marketing teams to ensure an aligned and successful go-to-market strategy. • Travel expectations: Willingness to travel approximately 20% of working time per month.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial qualification or equivalent, or solid practical training. • 2+ years of proven success in the B2B technology environment (experience in cybersecurity, IAM/PAM or SaaS infrastructure is a strong advantage). • A strong and active network of established IT distributors, resellers and system integrators in the German market. • Excellent negotiation, presentation and relationship management skills. • Deep technical understanding of IT security, particularly cybersecurity. • German at native or business-fluent level (written and spoken) is required. • Professional proficiency in English is required.
