📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end design of the experience that dental teams use daily. • Employ a user-centered design approach to understand and meet the needs of healthcare providers. • Contribute to the development of innovative design solutions. • Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather insights and iterate on designs. • Advocate for the user and the design vision, challenge assumptions constructively. • Translate ideas into compelling user experiences through concept exploration and iterative design. • Maintain Tabeo's brand identity across all design elements. • Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to monitor performance. • Occasional involvement with projects for the Senior Leadership Team. • Contribute to and evolve the design system.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as a Product Designer / UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing successful design projects. • Experience designing multi-user or workflow-heavy B2B platforms • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite. • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. • Excellent collaboration and communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. • **Nice to Have:** • Familiarity with the fintech, healthcare or SaaS platforms is a plus. • Experience designing for PMS, CRM, or payment systems
