🎯 Requirements
•プロジェクトマネージャーとしての実務経験（2年以上） •クライアントに対し、システム開発を行うプロジェクトのリード経験 •インタビューやデータ分析を通し、クライアントの課題を発見・分析し、要件に落とし込むスキル •関係者を巻き込み、動かすためのコミュニケーションスキル •オーナシップを持ち、開発プロジェクトを推進した経験 •開発チームで、エンジニアと競業し、機能をローンチした経験 •必要に応じて、日本全国のクライアントの実地調査ができること •リモートワークが可能な方 •ネイティブレベルの日本語能力 •日本国内在住の方
