• Achieve sales targets for IBD biologics in the assigned territory • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive product penetration • Build and maintain strong relationships with gastroenterologists and IBD specialists • Drive formulary inclusion and reimbursement discussions in key hospitals • Stay updated on IBD treatment guidelines • Maintain and update sales reports and provide regular business reviews
🎯 Requirements
• B. Pharm / B.Sc. (Life Sciences) / MBA (preferred) • 7-8 years in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 2+ years in biologics, immunology, or gastroenterology • Strong sales acumen, scientific knowledge, KOL engagement, negotiation skills, and strategic account management • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
