We specialize in finding top salespeople, sales managers, and management teams for our clients across various industries. • Our mission is to help businesses build robust, productive teams that can drive their growth and profitability. • We're currently seeking Top Salespeople, Sales Managers and Leaders to join us for matchmaking towards different assignments for various clients. • As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining great relationships with clients to drive sales growth. • Your role will encompass building and implementing sales strategies, securing new accounts, managing sales teams, and optimizing product sales. • You will partner with clients to create tailored sales strategies that meet their unique business needs, while also keeping an eye on the market and identifying emerging trends. • This is a high-stakes opportunity for an experienced Sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. • Develop and implement sales strategies that address customer needs and deliver results. • Identify new business opportunities and build business cases in conjunction with clients. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products and optimize sales for existing products. • Manage sales campaigns from end-to-end, including ensuring customer satisfaction, forecasting product demand, and tracking progress against set goals. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to create long-term partnerships. • Lead and motivate sales teams to deliver against sales targets and KPIs. • Track sales activity, provide regular reporting and analysis to inform business decisions.
