If you are energized by the impact you can make at Tala, we’d love to hear from you! •We’re seeking an innovative Creative Strategist, who will develop impactful creatives to drive global customer growth. •Your key goals will be to scale performance marketing spend with high efficiency and shape Tala’s positioning in the FinTech category. •You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on paid user acquisition and ASO goals. •This role requires a strong understanding of user acquisition and ASO creative metrics, a passion for working with creatives and strong project management skills.
•5+ years of experience in a creative strategy role, preferably in an agency or in-house marketing team. •Proven track record of developing and executing creatives that tie to successful performance marketing results. •Strong understanding of marketing principles, brand strategy, and consumer behavior. •Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. •Proficiency in creative research tools, project management tools (e.g. Jira) and marketing analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Adjust, Looker, Excel).
