📋 Description

• Analyze client needs: You will be central to understanding our clients’ business challenges and proposing tailored solutions. • Design and model processes: You will contribute to defining and modeling business processes prior to implementation, ensuring smooth and optimized integration. • Proof of Concept (POC): You will have the opportunity to design and execute proofs of concept to test new ideas and solutions before deployment. • Develop, configure and deploy features: You will be responsible for developing and implementing new features, ensuring their quality and performance. • Lead and coach delivery teams: You will play a key role in leading and guiding a team of consultants to successfully deliver projects. • Be a proactive contributor: You will actively support clients’ technology transitions and drive innovation by proposing cutting-edge solutions. • Share your expertise: You will pass on best practices to junior technical consultants and support their professional growth. • Participate in bids and estimation: You will be involved in preparing proposals, providing technical expertise to estimate and scope projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong expertise in IBM Maximo implementation: Minimum 6 years of experience with knowledge of the MFA and ACM modules. • Leadership: Proven experience in a leadership role where you have managed and inspired teams to deliver complex projects. • Clear and constructive communication: Able to defend your ideas, express viewpoints constructively, and persuade stakeholders while remaining attentive to others. • Strong written and verbal skills: Excellent ability to produce high-quality technical documentation and comfortable speaking in public or in meetings. • Fluent English: Comfortable in both written and spoken English to work effectively with international teams. • Team spirit: Enjoy sharing knowledge and contributing positively to projects.
