📋 Description

• Provide strategic leadership, coaching, and mentorship to the product operations team. • Champion effective communication, collaboration, and alignment within the team and across key departments. • Partner with senior product management to align operational practices with corporate objectives. • Define and implement scalable, best-in-class processes for product setup, maintenance, and sunsetting. • Establish and oversee quality assurance standards to ensure products meet organizational expectations. • Act as the primary operational liaison across Product Management, Publishing, Membership, IT, Sales, Marketing, and Operations. • Evaluate and implement tools and technologies to enhance product operations efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Product Management from an accredited university or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience. • 6–8 years of experience, including 2–3 years of people management or team leadership experience. • Background in data-driven decision-making, including the development of KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to measure operational effectiveness. • Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships. • Previous work experience as an operations manager, product operations manager. • Familiarity with product management, operations management, pricing management, data analytics, and project management.
