📋 Description

• Find and attract the world's best talent for clients • Use deep sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates, including LinkedIn and other sourcing strategies • Work with one client at a time and become deeply embedded in its culture • Partner with senior stakeholders and help them understand the value of effective talent practices • Recruit across go-to-market roles, including Sales and Customer Success

🎯 Requirements

• 4-7 years of GTM recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment • Ideally 1+ year of in-house recruitment experience • Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior stakeholders • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with candidates and internal stakeholders • Exceptional organizational skills • Detail-oriented
