📋 Description
• Work with one client at a time and become deeply embedded in the client’s culture • Partner with senior stakeholders and help them understand the value of effective talent practices • Host hiring events • Manage end-to-end recruitment projects • Maintain an excellent candidate experience throughout all recruitment stages • Confidently make offers and close candidates • Partner with technical sourcers to build a diverse pipeline of top-tier technical talent
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years of technical recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment • Ideally 1+ year of in-house recruitment experience • Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior stakeholders • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with candidates and internal stakeholders • Exceptional organizational skills • Detail-oriented
