📋 Description
• Engage directly with clients to understand their systems and integration requirements. • Configure and manage integrations using middleware/iPaaS platforms (Workato, Power Automate, Boomi, MuleSoft). • Assist clients in: Connecting APIs and running API calls. • Integrating data feeds between enterprise applications. • Setting up Single Sign-On (SSO) and authentication protocols. • Design and deploy automation workflows leveraging Workato and Power Automate. • Develop, test, and validate integration configurations adhering to best practices. • Implement AI-powered automations and RPA workflows to streamline processes. • Monitor and maintain existing integrations, troubleshoot issues, and implement preventative measures. • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Document integration designs, configurations, and processes for future maintenance. • Ensure data integrity and security throughout the integration lifecycle.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience with enterprise integration platforms (iPaaS) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and documentation abilities • BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
