• Are you an experienced accountant with expertise in cryptocurrency tax reconciliation using tools like Koinly, Awaken, or CTC? If so, let’s talk! Our client is a cryptocurrency, blockchain, and digital asset-focused tax, accounting, and advisory firm. They’re not your typical accountancy firm. They’re passionate about crypto, live DeFi, and work with some pretty rad people doing rad things. Since their launch, they’ve experienced rapid growth and are now expanding their team to include an experienced accountant to specialize in cryptocurrency tax reconciliation. They hire people who align with their core values: Over-communicate, and then some. Be transparent, even when it’s uncomfortable. Be a self-starter with a passion for learning. Stay curious and adaptable as the crypto space evolves. Always act in the best interest of the client. Have a sense of humor, please. Significant remote work experience. 🎯 Requirements
• 2-4 years of experience in cryptocurrency tax reconciliation or a related accounting role. • Proficiency with at least two of the following tools: Koinly, Awaken, CTC (or similar crypto tax platforms). • Strong understanding of cryptocurrency transactions, including staking, liquidity pools, trading, and yield farming. • Familiarity with blockchain technology, wallet tracking, and on-chain data analysis. • Experience in managing data discrepancies and ensuring tax compliance in a crypto environment. • Analytical mindset and attention to detail to ensure reconciliation accuracy. • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced setting.
