• 5–7 years building multi-channel paid media success with strong focus on paid social. • 3–4 years of hands-on-keyboard, in-platform execution experience. • Proven track record managing significant advertising budgets ($1M+ annually) with measurable impact. • Agency experience where collaboration with media/creative teams, account leadership and client success were priorities. • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. • Expert-level proficiency across Meta ads and TikTok ads. • Advanced knowledge of campaign optimization, audience targeting, and bidding strategies. • Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker and conversion tracking implementation. • Data analysis skills that transform campaign insights into actionable optimizations.
