• Plan, implement and optimise campaigns across Meta, Google & TikTok Ads • Analyse multichannel performance data to surface trends, insights and opportunities • Manage and optimise product/data feeds to improve campaign performance • Collaborate closely with the Paid Media team in implementing task briefs • Contribute to campaign strategy and media planning discussions • Utilise AI tools where appropriate to streamline workflows, improve optimisation processes, and support data-driven decisions • Communicate performance insights internally and, when needed, to clients
• 4-5 years' experience in Paid Media across Meta, Google & TikTok Ads • A proven track record of driving client success and results • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills • Meticulous attention to detail and a habit of double-checking your work • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Familiarity or hands-on experience using AI tools to boost efficiency and workflows • A proactive attitude and collaborative spirit • A hunger to keep learning and upskilling • A working knowledge of Google Ads Scripts, or a willingness to learn • Previous agency experience is preferred
