• Proficiency in editing software • Experience or willing to learn Riverside • Proven experience editing content for social media • Strong grasp of hooks, pacing, and retention strategies • Fluent in English • Strong understanding of new AI tools for video production • Ability to work independently and make smart editing choices • Your own computer and software capable of high-quality video editing
