• Take ownership of payroll processes: You will independently carry out payroll for a defined group of employees, ensuring accurate and timely payroll runs—fully compliant with tax, social security, and employment law requirements. • Be the point of contact: Employees can rely on you for all questions related to payroll, income tax and social security. You explain complex issues clearly and support individual concerns. • Shape processes, not just administer them: You work closely with HR, Finance and other departments to resolve payroll queries and ensure smooth internal workflows. • Drive projects: Together with colleagues, you contribute to exciting payroll projects and propose ideas to further develop our internal processes. • Shape the future: You support the implementation of new HR software solutions, analyze existing workflows and help make our payroll processes more efficient and resource-saving.

🎯 Requirements

• Payroll expertise: You have experience in independently performing payroll and are confident with tax, social security and employment law. • Tech affinity: You are familiar with payroll and HR software and are keen to introduce new tools and optimize existing processes. • Strong communication: You explain complex matters in an understandable way and address individual employee concerns professionally. • Team player: Close collaboration with HR, Finance and other departments is natural to you, and you enjoy working on projects. • Work style: You demonstrate a structured, reliable and solution-oriented approach.
