📋 Description

• As Senior CRM Marketing Manager, you develop and manage our entire CRM and nurturing ecosystem. • Your mission: accompany leads from all sources in a context-sensitive way, activate them automatically, and consistently convert them into advising, funding, and enrollment — with maximum transparency for Marketing, Sales, PR, and Partner Management. • You will build a scalable, data-driven system that translates segment × stage × pain-point logic into concrete journeys, leverages automations intelligently, and integrates AI features for personalization and optimization. • You are the architect of our CRM operating system — from data architecture and lead scoring to automations and content mapping through to KPIs and dashboards.

🎯 Requirements

• CRM excellence: 5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or marketing automation, ideally with HubSpot or Salesforce — you have built complex systems end-to-end. • Nurturing expertise: proven track record in designing and optimizing journeys, automations, and lead-scoring models. • Technology and data proficiency: comfortable with modern MarTech stacks, automations, tracking, and reporting tools; you think in funnels and make decisions based strictly on data. • Content intelligence: you understand how to scale content across funnel stages and pain points — and how messaging directly impacts conversion. • Project & stakeholder management: you run complex projects, guide stakeholders through change processes, and uphold the highest standards. • Strategic and hands-on: able to design architecture and strategy while also being hands-on implementing workflows, triggers, and dashboards in tools. • Language proficiency: native-level German (C1/C2) and very good written and spoken English.
