Tandem Health is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and accredited patient-centered medical home (PCMH) providing comprehensive, personalized healthcare services to the Sumter community at large regardless of their ability to pay. We are not a free clinic. Rather we offer a sliding fee scale to qualifying patients based on the size of their family and income to improve their access to the high quality healthcare services they deserve. We also accept most insurances, including Medicare and Medicaid, enhancing our ability to care for our local community.

🎯 Requirements

• You have a strong background within medicine or healthtech. • You’re passionate about bringing innovative healthcare solutions to market and working closely with our users. • You possess strong leadership skills and an entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in roles where you can set direction and drive growth. • You thrive working with other world-class people, in an organisation where the best idea wins. • You have a deep understanding of the local healthcare ecosystem, from payors and providers to system suppliers (e.g. EHRs). • Ultimately, you’re excited about transforming European healthcare and embracing the journey every step of the way. • 7+ years of experience in the healthcare sector, whether as a clinician, in a commercial role or a combination of both. • Strong network in your local healthcare market. • Proven entrepreneurial experience—or equivalent commercial exposure—that demonstrates your ability to build something from the ground up.
