• Come and build something monumental for Healthcare! • At Tandem Health we’re reimagining healthcare by putting clinicians first. • We’re a fast-scaling health-tech company backed by top investors and expanding globally. • We’re seeking a Medical Operations Lead to play a pivotal role in the adoption, growth, and strategic integration of Tandem’s solutions across healthcare settings in Denmark. • Lead the implementation and scaling of Tandem’s AI clinical assistant technology together with our partners, across healthcare sites in Denmark • Own onboarding and training processes - coaching and mentoring clinicians to become power users and advocates for Tandem. • Drive strategy for product adoption by synthesising user feedback, identifying operational challenges, and shaping internal priorities. • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and commercial teams to integrate clinical insights into roadmap planning and delivery. • Build credibility within the clinical community by engaging key opinion leaders, speaking at industry events, and leading by example. • Mentor and support junior members of the Medical Operations team as we continue to grow.
• Clinical background with significant operational or implementation experience • Proven ability to lead projects or teams in fast-paced, interdisciplinary settings. • Passion for digital health and a vision for how technology can enhance clinical care. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and initiative. • Comfort working both strategically and hands-on in a dynamic, startup environment. • Experience in health-tech or leading change initiatives in healthcare. • A background in scaling operational systems or managing complex stakeholder networks. • Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) or AI-driven medical tools.
