It operates auction and liquidity hub products for closed-end and semi-liquid funds, serving limited partners (LPs), general partners (GPs), wealth managers and secondary liquidity providers. Tangible offers a tech suite and strategic/financial advisory for secondary transactions and works with regulated broker partners to facilitate securities offers.

📋 Description

• Run technical discussions during onboarding, including architecture reviews, security questionnaires, SSO, and data-flow conversations • Translate client workflow requirements into product terms and product capabilities into client terms • Own accounts after go-live, including adoption, expansion, and quarterly account reviews • Serve as the trusted technical contact for incidents and new requirements • Build client-specific configurations, integrations, and glue code, including SSO, data mappings, and API integrations • Turn recurring client requests into structured product requirements and advocate for them with the product team • Prototype solutions, validate them with clients, and hand generalizable components to engineering • Write runbooks and documentation to make client setups maintainable • Split time roughly equally between client-facing work and hands-on technical work

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in a technical role with client exposure, such as solutions engineering, sales engineering, technical account management, or product engineering with heavy customer contact • Ability to read and write production code • Ability to lead technical discussions with client IT and security teams • Financial services background, or evidence of learning regulated domains quickly • Clear written communication for requirement documents, runbooks, and follow-up emails • Sound judgment about what to build, configure, or push back on • Nice to have: fintech experience, especially serving banks or other fintechs • Nice to have: experience at an early-stage B2B company • Nice to have: familiarity with enterprise security and compliance processes, including vendor due diligence, DORA, and GDPR
