• Engage with stakeholders to capture and refine feature requests • Translate business needs into structured requirement documents, wireframes, user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria • Own and prioritise the product backlog • Write and maintain epics, requirement documents, and acceptance criteria • Anticipate dependencies and flag risks early • Collaborate with product team and technical leads to plan releases and ensure timely delivery • Participate in daily stand-ups and retrospectives • Reinforce the product development process across teams • Liaise between design, engineering, QA, and business teams • Communicate progress, trade-offs, and timelines to internal teams and leadership • Run demos, gather feedback, and turn insights into actionable next steps • Contribute to product vision, roadmap planning, and goal setting • Analyse usage data and user feedback to identify opportunities for iteration and optimisation • Drive continuous improvement based on evidence
• 2–3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager • Experience working directly with clients, gathering requirements, managing relationships, and project-managing delivery • Strong command of Agile/Scrum practices and tools such as YouTrack, Notion, and Jira • Ability to write clear epics, user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria • Basic UX/UI understanding and ability to collaborate with designers • Familiarity with Figma is a plus • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, including expectation-setting and cross-functional alignment • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where systems and processes are still being built • Experience using analytics, user research, and experimentation tools such as Google Analytics, PostHog, and A/B testing • Ability to be proactive and available in a remote working position
