📋 Description

• Helping to define and introduce the core project controls that will be used to track progress, risks and impacts across both projects and programmes • Setting up and maintaining accurate reporting, documentation and communication practices as they are developed • Building strong working relationships with stakeholders across Change Delivery to support the adoption of new ways of working • Supporting Project and Programme Managers with budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting • Flagging any “at risk” projects early to ensure visibility and support • Contributing to the creation of a well governed, consistent programme environment as new processes and governance are embedded • Actively shaping and suggesting improvements to emerging processes, helping to embed best practice and establish the new normal

🎯 Requirements

• A Level education (or equivalent) • A Project Management qualification (e.g. APM, PRINCE2 or similar) • Previous PMO Analyst experience • Strong IT skills, especially MS Project and Excel • A good understanding of project lifecycles • It’s a bonus if you have: • P3O Foundation/Practitioner • Experience in Financial Services • Experience working in BPO or with offshore teams
