📋 Description

• Lead the day-to-day delivery of Data Management activities • Maintain data and system integrity while managing risks and issues • Analyse and resolve complex data queries across existing portfolios and new client migrations • Communicate findings clearly to business and technical audiences • Guide projects through the migration lifecycle from requirements and implementation planning to dress rehearsals and go-live • Reconcile, profile and validate data during onboarding • Ensure stakeholders understand findings affecting migration or ongoing servicing • Collaborate with clients, project managers and internal teams as the servicing data expert • Contribute to workshops, meetings and bid responses • Improve data-quality tools, reporting and controls • Develop automated solutions that reduce manual effort, processing time, errors and operational risk

🎯 Requirements

• Strong practical SQL experience analysing, profiling, reconciling and validating complex data from multiple sources • Experience using Python to analyse data, automate repeatable processes and create reusable data-quality and reconciliation controls • Experience with Microsoft Fabric or an equivalent cloud data platform, including data pipelines, analytical datasets, notebooks and reporting solutions • Power BI experience, including Power Query, data modelling, KPI development and DAX • Proven analytical and problem-solving ability, including trend, variance, anomaly and root-cause analysis • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable analytical solutions • Ability to explain complex issues to technical, business and senior stakeholders • Knowledge and experience with Centrac is desirable
