📋 Description

• Design and deliver user-centered experiences that align with user needs, business objectives, and technical capabilities across digital platforms • Create intuitive interfaces and interactive elements, following best practices in usability and design consistency • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, content strategists, and data scientists • Translate research and user insights into actionable design solutions • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide input to support the creative process • Present design ideas and concepts to team members and stakeholders • Support project timelines by effectively managing workload • Grow in expertise through mentorship from senior team members and by engaging in continuous learning and development.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UX design, interaction design, product design, or a related field, preferably within software or technology • Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a relevant field • Solid understanding of design principles and user-centered methodologies • Curious and creative mindset with a willingness to experiment • Effective communicator and presenter with the ability to articulate design decisions • Proficiency in wireframing, storyboarding, and prototyping • Portfolio demonstrating strong design skills and a user-focused approach to solving problems.
