• Own end-to-end production support for Oracle Fusion Applications • Lead incident, problem, and change management processes • Establish and monitor SLAs, KPIs, and operational scorecards • Oversee ticket backlog management and prioritization • Ensure system stability during quarterly Oracle updates • Lead and develop onshore and offshore functional analysts • Drive performance management, knowledge growth, and cross-training • Manage third-party partners and Oracle Support relationships • Conduct independence and capability assessments across team members • Promote automation and continuous improvement within support operations • Identify and prioritize enhancement opportunities aligned to business strategy • Drive automation of manual processes and reporting where feasible • Facilitate root cause analysis to reduce recurring incidents • Develop executive-level dashboards tracking incident trends, ticket volumes, SLA adherence, automation progress, enhancement pipeline
• 7+ years of ERP experience with at least 3–5 years in leadership • Deep functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion (SCM or Manufacturing focus preferred) • Experience managing production support in a complex enterprise environment • Strong vendor and offshore team management experience • Demonstrated experience establishing operational KPIs and governance frameworks • Excellent executive communication skills
