📋 Description

• Develop reporting solutions monitoring sales practices, insider risk, and team productivity • Create dashboards and presentations informing business partners about emerging themes and trends • Provide specialized business management advice and support to management, leadership, and relevant teams • Lead implementation of initiatives supporting business and functional strategy • Manage business management activities requiring coordination across multiple areas • Support implementation of policies, processes, procedures, and changes across functional areas • Provide subject matter expertise and input to projects and initiatives • Identify, design, and test solutions and support implementation activities • Develop complex reporting, analysis, and assessments • Deliver presentations and communications to management and broader audiences • Review internal processes and identify operational efficiency improvements • Identify variances and support analysis, due diligence, and implementation of initiatives • Support standards, policies, procedures, and solutions that mitigate risk and improve efficiency • Maintain expertise in analytical tools and techniques and monitor emerging trends • Prioritize workload and deliver quality results within timelines • Build relationships across business and technology partners, program managers, and project managers • Participate in knowledge transfer • Track case and employee trends and escalate anomalies • Develop new dashboards and monitoring scenarios • Compile executive reporting and review commentary

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree • 5+ years relevant experience • Strong experience building interactive Power BI dashboards • Capable of building executive presentations from raw data • Proficient in PowerPoint, Access, and Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, macros, and VLOOKUPs • Ability to data mine and overlay supplemental information to existing data routines for analysis • Ability to work independently • Ability to perform weekly and monthly dashboard production routines • Ability to monitor case log data integrity and escalate concerns • Ability to track case and employee trends and escalate anomalies outside standard thresholds • Ability to complete PIAs, procedures, and data lineage documents • Ability to review monitoring scenario effectiveness and thresholds • Ability to prepare data and develop new monitoring scenarios • Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions • Ability to perform basic arithmetic • Occasional domestic travel; no international travel
