📋 Description

• Ensure loan products and processes are customer-oriented, scalable, and cost effective for Commercial and Small Business Banking customers • Support the Encompass loan origination platform and Blend point-of-sale platform, including business rules and workflows • Partner with product managers, product owners, line-of-business teams, external vendors, and IT support • Work within an Agile pod with configuration, testing, product, and technology resources • Design and deliver Encompass solutions, including plugins, workflow rules, Web input forms, and task-based processing • Manage and administer systems business functions to ensure continuous system availability • Coordinate internal and external resources to complete projects and deliver business solutions • Work with Business Line, Risk, and Operational partners on planning, requirements, and vendor relationship management • Provide subject matter expertise and leadership for systems, processes, and troubleshooting • Participate in enterprise solution design and development and document business application standards • Create designs for solution requirements and map requirements to processes, workflows, and organizational structures • Develop implementation plans for components of the Solutions strategy • Manage large projects, including delegation of tasks and responsibilities • Coach and train less experienced staff • May supervise or manage staff as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Must be located within TD footprint: CT, DE, FL, ME, MD, MA, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI, SC, VT, VA, DC • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 10+ years of related experience • Expert knowledge of business line, business model, and operations • Proven communication and problem-solving skills • Good decision-making skills • Ability to manage competing priorities according to business need • Ability to handle large projects, including task and responsibility delegation • Progressively responsible experience in large-scale corporate systems analysis • Ability to plan, develop, lead, and execute projects • Ability to take a lead role in developing staff and department capabilities • Ability to translate user requirements into technical specifications independently • Expert process improvement skills • Expert technical knowledge and ability to apply it to system issues and training situations • Ability to coach and train less experienced staff and facilitate knowledge transfer • Ability to troubleshoot, research, and correct most system malfunctions • Proven time management and prioritization skills • Encompass configuration experience preferred • Business analysis experience preferred • Underwriting experience preferred • Deep data reporting experience preferred • Software engineering experience preferred • Website design experience preferred
