📋 Description

• Build scalable workflows using Power Automate, SharePoint, and Power Apps • Analyse and automate post-entry import processes • Implement AI-driven document processing (OCR / AI Builder) to classify and extract key data • Create a central Post-Entry Control Framework to track tasks, ownership, and audit trails • Drive continuous improvement through automation and innovative solutions • Work alongside global teams to complement (not alter) centrally managed datasets • Ensure alignment with enterprise data governance and avoid duplication or conflicts • Build local Power BI solutions to support operational visibility • Develop Power BI dashboards and alerts to identify missing data, anomalies, and exceptions • Reduce manual workload • Increase automation rates • Improve broker performance and data accuracy • Stronger audit readiness and compliance • Reduce operational issues and rework

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, SharePoint, Power Apps, Power BI) • Experience automating operational or business processes • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work closely with business teams to translate needs into solutions • Attention to detail (critical in compliance environments) • Strong collaboration across operations, IT, and compliance teams
