• Supports the successful delivery of Salesforce consulting engagements by translating business needs into functional requirements • Participates in discovery sessions and workshops to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements and user stories • Assists in evaluating configuration approaches and participates in design discussions • Develops and executes test scripts to validate solutions, coordinates UAT with customers, and drives iterative improvements through testing and feedback • Acts as a bridge between client stakeholders and the delivery team to clarify requirements and priorities • Proactively engages in knowledge-sharing sessions, shadowing, and peer reviews to deepen understanding of Salesforce tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field • 1-3 years in a Salesforce Business Analyst or Administrator role • Salesforce Administrator Certification • Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or related modules • Experience writing user stories, documenting process flows, and performing UAT • Exposure to Salesforce configuration, including fields, validation rules, and flows (preferred) • Understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile project delivery • Strong organizational, communication, and analytical thinking skills
