📋 Description

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP SD solutions • Configure, maintain, and support SAP Sales and Distribution functionalities • Support sales order management, pricing, delivery processing, shipping, billing, and returns • Troubleshoot system issues, analyze incidents, and provide solutions • Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and SAP consultants • Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, and enhancement projects • Support functional testing and user acceptance testing • Prepare functional documentation • Identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement • Communicate with German-speaking stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure effective project delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with SAP SD and sales and distribution processes • Good understanding of order-to-cash (O2C) business processes • Knowledge of SAP SD configuration, troubleshooting, and functional analysis • Understanding of integration between SAP SD and SAP FI, MM, and PP • Good command of German and English, written and spoken • Ability to communicate effectively with German-speaking business stakeholders • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within an international team
