• Minimum of 3 years experience as a paralegal in a legal environment. • Completion of a Certificate or Diploma in Paralegal Studies or equivalent experience. • Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures. • Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. • Experience in commercial litigation or property law. • Familiarity with legal practice management software. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional integrity. • Law Degree- good to have but not required • Immigration (into AU) background (visa processing)
