📋 Description

• Teamified works with top enterprises and digital native businesses in Australia helping them build their remote teams in India, Philippines and Sri Lanka. • Our client is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with leadership and architecture experience to join a dynamic and fast-paced team. • Design, develop, and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform. • Shape technical direction, ensuring scalable architecture, and mentor junior developers. • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into robust technical solutions, and lead implementation efforts. • Lead the design and architecture of scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements. • Develop custom applications, Apex triggers, Lightning Components (Aura and LWC), Visualforce pages, and other customizations. • Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other internal/external systems. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and drive solution design discussions. • Oversee code reviews, promote code quality, and ensure adherence to standards. • Implement and test solutions to meet functional and performance standards. • Provide mentorship to junior developers and contribute to upskilling. • Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and emerging technologies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field • 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer • Salesforce Developer certification is preferred • Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP), integrations, and middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Workato) • Strong knowledge of Salesforce development tools and technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components • Experience with Salesforce integrations, data migration, and customization • Excellent communication and teamwork skills • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
