• Teamified works with top enterprises and digital native businesses in Australia helping them build their remote teams in India, Philippines and Sri Lanka. • Teamified currently has 200+ engineers, testers, product managers etc. working across 20+ partners. • We focus on uplifting the way organisations build and manage their remote teams through great working relationships, trust, integrity, culture and hiring processes. • Our Client is on a mission to make billing and paying better for everyone. • We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Technical Lead to guide and mentor a high-performing development team while actively contributing to architecture, design, and implementation of our platform. • The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Payments, .NET Core, Java, and AWS, and have a passion for solving complex problems with scalable, maintainable solutions. • You will be instrumental in ensuring the technical direction aligns with business goals while fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture. • As we explore AI and ML integration opportunities, exposure to these areas will be highly advantageous.

🎯 Requirements

• Payments Industry Experience – Strong understanding of payment gateways, transaction workflows, and security standards. • .NET Core – Proven experience building and maintaining enterprise-grade applications. (primary skill) • Java – Backend development expertise. (secondary skill) • AWS Cloud Services – Hands-on experience with cloud-native development and deployments. • CI/CD Pipelines – Jenkins setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting. • Unix/Shell (Bash) – Basic scripting skills to support build and deployment processes. • SQL – Proficient in writing queries and optimizing relational databases.
