• Assist in handling a broad range of family law cases including divorce, child arrangements, financial remedy proceedings, and cohabitation disputes. • Prepare, draft, and file legal documents such as Form E, Statements of Issues, and Consent Orders under supervision. • Support senior lawyers in case strategy, legal research, and client communication. • Liaise with clients, courts, and third parties professionally and empathetically. • Conduct legal research and prepare memos or summaries on relevant UK family law issues. • Maintain accurate documentation and assist in organizing case files and matter workflows. • Stay updated on changes in UK family law and related practice directions.
• Law degree or legal training. • 2–4 years of experience working on UK legal cases , with exposure to UK family law. • Strong understanding of UK Family Procedure Rules (FPR). • Excellent legal drafting and research skills. • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote setting. • Familiarity with UK legal software (e.g., LEAP, Clio, Proclaim) is an advantage.
