• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus). • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing management, preferably for U.S.-based or global companies. • Demonstrated experience in B2B marketing , developing and executing campaigns targeting business clients or professional services. • Proven ability to develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies that generate qualified leads and build brand authority. • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (HubSpot, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEMrush, Mailchimp, etc.). • Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, social media management, and performance analytics. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair for messaging and content. • Strong project management and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. • Experience working in a remote, cross-functional environment is a plus.
