• System Integration & Automation: Design and maintain high-impact automations using Zapier and native integrations between HubSpot, Fillout, Softr, and Google Sheets. • Workflow Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in client assessments, reporting, data flow, and internal operations — and automate them. • AI Tooling & Deployment: Build practical AI workflows (using Zaper, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for internal productivity and client-facing processes. • Data Accuracy & Syncing: Ensure data consistency across systems; troubleshoot sync errors and optimize for reliability. • Documentation & Enablement: Create clear SOPs and automation maps for internal use. • Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of emerging tools and experiment with how AI and automation can enhance SKOR’s platform and partner experience.
