📋 Description
• Oversee global VPN node deployment, load balancing, uptime, and DDoS protection • Supervise end-to-end development of Android, iOS, desktop, and browser applications • Manage CI/CD pipelines, system monitoring, and continuous deployment strategies • Ensure the security and confidentiality of all user data and system components • Oversee frontend and backend development for the website, payments, analytics, advertising, and partner APIs • Establish technical documentation, coding standards, and internal engineering regulations • Manage the engineering team, hiring, mentorship, and performance • Maintain high code quality, testing standards, and version control • Drive innovation in VPN technologies, including protocol development, optimization, and geoblock bypass research
🎯 Requirements
• B2C mobile applications • SaaS platforms • VPN technologies and protocols – strong understanding preferred • Desktop applications – experience developing cross-platform apps is a plus • Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or similar) • Expertise in system architecture and scaling high-load applications • Team management of cross-function, mobile and web development team up to 40 members • Solid understanding of network protocols, encryption, and data protection • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, containers (Docker, Kubernetes), and monitoring systems • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills • Familiarity with agile methodologies and remote-first team management • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into technical roadmaps
