📋 Description

• Management of digital program (multiple projects) from inception to delivery phase. • Document activities of the project team, such as project plans, meeting notes, agendas, weekly status reports, etc. • Hands on Agile experience with multiple companies – knows how to facilitate Scrum meetings (Daily Scrum, Backlog Review, Retrospective, Sprint Planning) but also guide others. • The PM needs to possess the unique ability to drive decision-making. They’re there from start to finish. They are ready to efficiently plan and prioritize all deliverables and resources working across multiple projects. • Impressive executive presence and communication abilities passion for technology and being a part of a fast-growing global company • Must be able to work PST hours

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent presentation and communication skills is a MUST • Experience managing team of software development and and PMs • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities • Strong understanding of web and application development and design lifecycle. We want someone with an intuitive understanding of how our work gets done. • MUST be an expert in Project Management tools such as JIRA, Smartsheet, Confluence, and other related communications tools. • Ability to manage Project Scope, Resource matrix, Risks and Go To Market steps • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate both the client and the team. • Must be certified in Scrum Alliance certifications (Advanced CSM, CPO, Agile Leadership/Coaching)
